We are a progressive course and pride ourselves on a relaxed and modern attitude to the game of golf, however, we would appreciate you noting the information below.

Prior to Play

The club car park is off Seacroft Square, please follow the signs.

Please report to the pro shop on arrival, where you will be given the code to enter the locker rooms.

Dress Code on the Course

Golfers are asked to wear normal golf attire on the course.  No blue denim jeans, tracksuits, athletic shorts or collarless shirts are permitted.  Golf shoes should be worn. 

Dress Code in the Clubhouse

We ask that smart casual attire is worn throughout the clubhouse.  We allow denim jeans but not if they are bleached or ripped. 

Mobile Phone Policy

We ask that mobile phones be on silent on the course and in the clubhouse. Should anyone wish to make or respond to a voice call whilst in the clubhouse, please do so discreetly and respect those around you.

The wifi code is on the notice boards in the clubhouse.

Buggies and Trolleys

These can be hired from the pro shop.  Please reserve on the booking system or by phoning 01754 763020 Option 2.

Pace of Play

Seacroft Golf Club discourages slow play.  We ask that you keep up with the players in front.  We encourage ‘ready golf’ apart from in matchplay of course.  However, this should never compromise the etiquette of the game of golf.

Halfway House

The halfway house is by the men’s 10th tee.  Please ask before you play if it will be open.  There are toilets on the 10th and at the 7th/15th tees.

Booking Information

Payments

• Full payment or a deposit (depending on booking) must be made upon reservation

Refunds and Cancellations

• If a cancellation is made more than 28 days before the date of play, then payment will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made less than 28 days before the date of play, 50% of the full payment will be retained by the club.
• If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of play, 100% of the full payment will be retained by the club.
• However, if an alternative date can be agreed, payment will remain valid for the new booking date.  Alternatively, a voucher will be issued to be redeemed within a year of the original booking date.
• We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness.  We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Liability and Responsibility

• Seacroft Golf Club does not accept liability for damage, loss or injury suffered by persons on the course or in the clubhouse or its environs.
• Motor vehicles are driven or parked at the owner’s risk whilst on golf club property where the club accepts no responsibility for damage.

Please remember to repair pitch marks, replace divots and rake bunkers
